Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center (CPAC)

CPAC provides training for parents regarding school related issues for their child.  CPAC serves parents of children with disablilities from birth to age 26.  CPAC also provides workshops, trainings and on-on-one assistance.  Their website provides helpful resources such as information on legal rights and useful articles.  (or Call 800-445-2722)

Connecticut Family Support Network (CFSN)

CFSN helps connect families together through support groups and other means.  It consits of parents supporting parents.  Their website has helpful information especially on the resources and family support links. 

Beyond Play

This website provides information about toys and play with children of various abilities.  For every toy, a description is provided on the specific skill it helps to develop.

National Autism Resources

This website has information about toys that can aid in early intervention especially for children with Autism or other developmental delays.
